Taupe is the traditional hunter shirt colour and still the easiest one to wear. Shoulder epaulettes, a point collar and four box-pleated flap pockets give it the full utility look, and the pale buttons keep it light. It sits well with brown leather, white trousers and denim, in the city as much as outdoors.

Shoulder epaulettes, a point collar and four box-pleated flap pockets: the safari shirt took this shape in the middle of the last century, when every pocket had a job to do. We kept the build, cut it closer to the body and softened the twill, so it wears as a shirt rather than as a uniform.
